Effie Mandalos
Effie Mandalos joined Art Encounters in 2007 and has quickly established her place as a strong teacher of pure drawing and painting. A graduate of Monash University, Effie was the Visual Arts Co-ordinator at the Institute for Design, Entertainment and the Arts as well as a drawing lecturer at RMIT.
Effie has a wide range of experience and brings a classical appreciation of formal skill learning into the school.
In 2008 Effie will take on the role of coordinating all adult programs and exhibitions. She will teach the One year foundation program, the Art Discovery and the VCE Folio preparation courses.
